Lessons 1 & 2
We are now beginning our unit on Shakespeare. In these lessons you will need to focus on research using the following 2 resources to compile as much information on William Shakespeare as you can. You can also use any other sources of information you can find, but be sure to check their reliability. Be as creative as you can with your presentation!
Lesson 3 & 4
Today we will begin looking at A Midsummer Night’s Dream, so you will need access to Sora so that you can follow the text! To begin, read up to the end of page 13 – you may need to re-read this again to understand the characters and their relationships.
Activity: writing in role as one of the characters, children should compose a letter to someone of their choice – an agony aunt, friend, family member – explaining their predicament. Make your writing as detailed as possible! You will need to check your work and edit it when you have finished a first draft.
For today’s lesson you will be looking at grammar! complete the test pages below and then mark it using the test answers!
