Lesson 2

This would be a tasting session in which they would try some of the seasonal vegetables that we have looked at. For example spinach, rocket, radishes, potato, cucumber, peppers, carrot and springs onions. If you had any seasonal products in the house then it would be great if the children could try them. Their task from this would be then to start thinking about designing a salad of their own. Which of the seasonal ingredients that they tried, or that they know of, would they include? They can do this on the sheet provided.
