Over the next few lessons we are going to be looking at mindfulness and the importance of being happy within yourself and proud of who you are. Attached there are some tasks designed to help you realise how amazing you are. During these tasks try and find a nice calm environment to be in, clear your mind of anything that is going on and just focus on you.
