Year 6 Aboriginal Art Day – W/B 6th July 2020

Any lessons or resources that require the use of YouTube or other social media platforms should be supervised by an adult.

We have come to the end of our Gargoyle topic and now have an exciting aboriginal art day for you to create and paint your own design! By the end of the day you will have 2 opportunities to paint.  Who were the Aborigines? Where is Australia? What is the capital city? What are the territories? What animals are native? Look at the Aboriginal Presentation showing lots of examples of Aboriginal Art.



You can design your own animal picture or pattern painting it in the style. There are other short videos explaining why animals are camouflaged, why circles are important.
